This mattress is sent vacuum packed for easy transport. It is advisable not to use the mattress until 24 hours after unpacking. We guarantee that no mattress is stored in a vacuum. Once vacuum packed, mattresses are sent directly to the customer, thus ensuring that the mattress remains vacuum packed for the shortest possible time (24/48 hours), thus avoiding the loss of performance of the raw materials used in the manufacture of the mattress.
All products are manufactured in Spain, in accordance with ISO-9001 regulations regarding quality, design and production.
For any manufacturing defect, the item will be returned, provided that, within 14 days from delivery, it has not been removed from its original packaging.
